Window Cleaning Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum window count for our services?
We charge a minimum of 10 windows per job. If you have less than that, regrettably, we won’t be able to serve you. This doesn’t apply to grandfathered monthly subscriptions.
What locations do you service?
We currently serve Lethbridge, Coaldale and Coalhurst only.
What time range is your typical season for Window Cleaning?
We like to get started in April, and typically we will run until October/November, weather permitting. We take our holidays/plan for the next year during Winter months.
What should I expect before our arrival?
Before we visit your home, please ensure that any exterior screens are removed from your windows. Some homes have them on the outside. This prevents us from cleaning properly.
We also ask that you keep your water turned on as long as you want service. We use the waterfed pole system, which requires a water hookup.
